McMillan joined the Noble Foundation in 2006 as an administrative assistant in the Accounting and Finance Department. She transfered into the Agricultural Division in September 2008. She currently supports the administrative needs of the Division Director.

Before coming to the Noble Foundation, McMillan served as Manager of Mason County Title Company in Mason, Texas, for nine years.

McMillan was born and raised in Mason, Texas.
